Warranty Policy

The products offered in this catalog are warranted for a period of 30 days after date of receipt.  The warranty covers against manufacturers defects under normal operating conditions as specified in the accompanying documentation.  The company reserves the right to either send replacement parts or replace the product in full at it's discretion. Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact The Write Connection, Inc. within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the entire purchase price of the product less all shipping and handling fees.
